During the session, both of us were so inspired by all her knowledge & expertise. She listened to what is present and provided deep insights. With this, she opened up a space for us where we both felt super save and at the same time encouraged to be curious and expressive.

My experience with Sydelle was such a big relief.
Thanks to her, I was able to feel the anger I usually don’t express. I have wanted to roar, cry & scream that freely for such a long time.
In our society it can feel almost forbidden to express our emotions like this, but I believe the world would be much better if people felt free to do so.
I realized I had never fully forgiven my father - I had forgiven him with my mind, but not with my body. I didn’t realize how much I needed to feel that forgiveness in my body.
Sydelle guided me through many discoveries and big moments. It was difficult to feel, but it gave me the realization that we can move through so much by working with our inner parts.
I would love to go deeper into emotional movement and Tantra with her in the future.
